Early in morning receive call from this stupid company saying that there are some mistakes found on the HB/L issued by me! Therefore dumb me asked them what is wrong so that we can offer to make endorsement on it. God knows that the blunt manager of that company admitted that their staff had actually messed up the documents and therefore sent a wrong shipping instruction to us causing the HB/L to be issued wrongly.

What's worst is that they had courier the 3 NN copies to their customer in India and only left with 3 Original copies in Singapore. Normal procedure is that we will only be able to endorse when the full set of documents is sent to us, therefore in this case we will only be able to send out correction notice with our letter head to confirm the amendments to be made to the custom in India.

Worrying that the customer will cancel their order, M@rubeni called our toot toot manager who is back in Japan enjoying his leave. *Usual case* he called back to kpkb Chanel and say just endorsed on the original B/L will do, ignoring the fact that this is a L/C term shipment with 3 NN Copies in India -.-
